Not really a big deal. usually when I've been sending eth to buy chit online its like half a dollar to maybe 3 bucks at most. but granted that was last year and before.

i have no idea how you can pay as little as 3 bucks any transaction i tried to make had at least a 30$ to 20$ price tag, and that was during times of the day when gas price was the lowest, so yeah, it just sits there, but maybe i was using the wrong DEX or something i dont know

I'm too lazy to find my transaction data, but Iw as buying like $60 worth of kratom with eth a couple years back, ebcause you got like 20% off using crypto. So the fees had to have been below 5 ish bucks, or else it wouldn't have been worth it to both buy eth with CC, and then pay xfer fees to send it.


So maybe you're doing it wrong? See what coinbase fees are to send eth, thats what I used to send, and fees were less than a dollar IIRC most times I sent it from 2017-2022
