Rack deads 500 x 4.

Nautilus Leg Extension stack + 80- 330 x 8.
Nautilus Leg curl stack - 150 x 9.
Standing Calf Raises on N
Multi Exercise stack - 250 + 45 - 295 x 11*- up 45 lbs and 2 reps!- as high as I could go, full ROM*

Nautilus Leg Extension 220 x 4 RP ea leg, slight assist on 3rd rep, a bit more and 15 second rest pause for 4th.
Great workout! First Leg workout in about a month. Intense and focused- did with no preparations, except taking 2 thermogenics with a slug of water

Vertical leg press -sled + 290 x 10.470× 10, 560 x 6 - break in- last did these ovee 3 months ago- used 90 lbs less on working set- retty strong despite the time off!
Trapbar Squats bar + 2 pl + 35 ea side - 315 × 6- up 20 lbs for 4 less reps and did after leg press this time!
Nautilus Leg Extension stack + 80- 330 x 11- Up 1 rep!

Hammer 45 degree leg press- sled (118 lbs) + 2 pea sidel x 16, 4 pl ea side x 10, l ea side x 10, sled + 8 pl ea side - 838 lbs x 6
Smith machine Squats- break in- hadn't done in over 10 years- just to get the feel of the equipment.
Seated Leg Curl (Matrix-new) 100 x 10, 150 x 10
Hammer Standing Calf Raise - new 150 x 15, 250 x 15
Cardio and cool down Recumbent bike 12 min. 2.84 miles, Speed up to 15 mph constant
