Yes. I improved my physique, got string, and the conversation here helped me to be a better rounded person overall. It's lost a lot of its luster, but there's still good things to find here for someone new. As long as most posters here LIFT FUKKING WEIGHTS, we aren't lost.

Nope....stumbled upon it in like 2012 after being a valued customer of BB.com for a while, when I was looking for reviews of some supplement.

Then, in my stupidly slow office job at the time, it became my go-to time waster.

I honestly originally found the forum by seeing other people on a different forum post links to the misc while making fun if how miscers act. I wound up making an account and sticking around after reading through posts here for a few weeks and realizing that *some* miscers are exactly my kind of people.
