    Some of my favorites are arnold presses(you can use regular military presses if you find these use too much energy to execute), monkey rows, and rear delt rows. High pulls and clean & presses are also solid picks. If I only had time for two shoulder exercises in a routine though, i'd use anti gravity press and a y-raise. I like those because they tax all three heads fairly well, at least in my experience. They aren't exercises you're likely to go heavy on anytime soon, but the burn is quite good.

    TheShadowMan's answer was pretty good although I wouldnt consider high pulls and clean and presses to be easy. Any shoulder press, Anterior Delt(super high incline) press, regular OHP, Behind the Neck press would be good alond with shoulder raises; front raise, lateral raise, powell raise
