Constantly bloated gut
I constantly have a pregnant looking belly all day long that’s full and bloated and constant burping
I had these burping symptoms before too but my belly was never always this full and extended
My diet is bad but I’ll change it but who and what tests do I see to fix this?
This is my blood test results that were abnormal if someone can figure out if it’s from this https://postimg.cc/gallery/F9jCmN3
Plan is to see a functional medicine doc and get either the gi map or gi effects test probably the map
Why do I even have this problem?
Maybe get tested for sibo and h pylori
It’s not an std symptom right?
But is there a way to fix this myself cuz even after those results what can I even do
My bowel movements are once every 4 days always been like this.
Maybe endoscopy?

Bro just go on a bland diet now, pretty much eliminate all sodas, processed foods, junk and supplements
you gotta drink bone broth warm, and then introduce bland foods, like baby food, and stop eating sugar.
you only take a dump every 4 days? how long have you only been taking a dump every 4 days?
Im thinking you got some serious bad bacteria in there from eating junk or sucking on your fingers after eating.

Potatoes and other starch. Classic stuff. You’re missing an enzyme needed to digest starch. (Amalaise or whatever the spelling is) many people don’t have that one. We were never intended to eat the modern garbage food. Obviously no bread either, no alcohol. No grains of any kind. No fermented foods. No dairy. Basically stop eating garbage.
Eat a ribeye once or twice a day, drink water. That’s it. Problem solved.
To avoid a weird adjusting period you can leave some fiber in there for a bit in form of salad etc.

Cooked and Chilled Potatoes
The process of cooling cooked potatoes for about 12 hours causes the formation of this resistant starch, which is an excellent prebiotic that feeds and supports the gut microbiome in the intestines and colon.
How long does it take eating cooled potatoes to heal the gut is the question.
