I'm early 40s. Had super thick hair until mid 20s then it thinned the fck out in the space of weeks, thought I was going to be bald by the end of the month at one point I was pulling so much hair from my head daily. It stopped thinning and I actually prefer it at this level.

Hairline receded to norwood 2 in my 20s. Through my 30s my hair line has stayed constant, I hated it at first but now I am old enough that I am happy with it, it's respectable for my age. It's thinning very slowly but starting with ample hair it is not problematic yet, biggest worry is the crown but wouldn't call it a bald spot yet and can only tell when cut real short. Rate of thinning seems to be slowing which is promising but I know you can never relax around the norwood reaper.

Color is a different story. Children destroyed my color, had brown hair in my early 30s, zero brown left now. Sides are basically white now and rest is very dark grey. Don't love that and miss having brown hair but still feel lucky to have hair.

Started taking Saw Palmetto recently, aim is it optimize free test and also reduce the effects of DHT on growing ghey chit like nose hair/ear hair/back hair. I suppose if it helped preserve my head hair that would be cool but don't have much expectation there. Too early to comment if it is helping preserve hair but I have been really surprised at how much healthier it makes my hair feel. Would recommend just for that.

Seriously brutal hair genetics for me. Had a super high forehead even as a kid, like Tom Hanks lol.

I used fin/min in my twenties to prolong whatever I had left until I got to about Norwood 4. At that point (28) buzzed down to no guard and have been there ever since. Looked into transplants and even did a few consults but it was clear that even with good transplant there would be more thinning and more procedures would be needed over time to maintain decent density.

At 35 it just isn't worth the hassle, still have good skin and youthful face, most sloots think I'm mid-20s even with the lower grade buzzcut.

I'm almost 39, and I have esssentially a full head of hair. A couple grays here and there, but nobody looks at me and says, "He's going gray".

I have developed a couple gray chest hairs though, so I've been keeping it trimmed(which looks a lot better anyways).

I’m black, 29. I keep my hair as a low fade. At first only a small part of the front of my hair would grow back thin, but now much of the front of my hair is growing back noticeably thinner.

I think gear use definitely sped it up cause my dad didnt lose his hair until late his late 50's and my moms dad died with a full head of hair

no regrets though. I liked it buzzed off anyways, am married now, and I pulled lots of poon in my 20's/early 30's

only people that would notice are dudes that are considerably taller than me which is a rare thing to come across

I started graying around 25. I just use the shampoo a few times/week and have basically have 0 gray hairs now.

Get oral minox, I’m 45 full head of hair & it’s thick as when I was 18. Unfortunately it grows hair EVERYWHERE, so you need some good grooming shavers, especially a nose hair trimmer. I don’t have back or shoulder hair so that’s a good thing imo. Ain’t trying to look like MagnumPI.

Women don’t care as much about hair as many miscers think. Things that matter way more is confidence, charm, being able to maintain eye contact, being in shape. And maybe most important of all personal drive.
