The tastiest and richest meat I've eaten was an Angus steak I ate at a restaurant. I don't think any other meat compares in terms of the degree of nuance and skill involved in cooking it (I mean beef in general here, not just Angus).
After that, it would be, in descending order: wagyu, scotch, a thick New York steak (not porterhouse we have different names for steak here), roast pork/belly, chicken, salmon, human, crocodile, roast lamb, turkey, swordfish, rabbit, kangaroo, and venison.
I hear buffalo/bison is extremely tasty, though. Just never tried it. I contacted a bison farm in my country and asked if they sold bison meat. They said they don't sell it. WTF? Who would own a bison farm and not sell bison meat?Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

The one I eat the most is probably chicken because I eat eggs daily.
As for beef I eat ground beef quite a bit.
I like it and its versatile. Having old school salisbury steak today."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
