How much do you make hourly? There’s usually no benefit to working OT when you're salary unless you're below a certain threshold and they are required to pay you OT.

If you do over 40hrs/week its usually 200-400% bonus per hour.
If its over 8 hr day say 12. The last 4 hrs is gonna be 200 even if you did under 40/week.
So if you bang out a full week with 2x 12hr shifts on the weekend you get 8hrs at 600% & 16 at 400%.
