Wtf is wrong with my stomach, part 2

It's been like a month and am still periodically throwing up every few days. Feel mostly normal besides having terrible indigestion and occasional nausea. Last few days Ive been chitting liquid every few hours. Today it was all bloody for one chit but then mostly seemed somewhat normal after that. But did puke all over the street while I was working all of a sudden. Worried I might have a stomach ulcer or something. Absolutely despise doctors and really don't want to go. Can stomach ulcers heal if change up my diet or anything?

Skip the preworkout for a couple of days and you will know. Strong chance that it is, TBH.

EDIT: Try taking the preworkout orally.

Idk. I haven't been sleeping well cause of nightmares for some reason. so my consumption has probably gone up. 30 scoops per week.

if you're getting constant diarrhea then you risk your electrolytes going out of balance
if you're bleeding a lot you can go into hypovolemic shock

Do you have any idea how important gut health is? Dude...go to a doctor...you need to get blood work done and find out what the issue is. This isn't something that's gonna just go away. You need to determine the source before you can find a remedy. That's probably one of if not the most important aspects of your overall health and wellness.

It's only happened once so don't think it's a lot. It was pretty dark but stained the water red.

Gall stone? Pancreatitis? Ulcer? It could be a lot of different things, best to get checked and an MRI and maybe CT scan.
