How long to cook it on high so its cooked good enough?
I cant use recipe sites because they make it too complicated and their dumb sites freeze my phone or want me to sign up.
Will also be adding potatoes, carrots, broth and onion soup mix

Just make sure you have plenty of liquid on the bottom, maybe even a drizzle of oil FIRST to coat the entire bottom metal so things don't stick too hard and burn.
And it all depends on if meat is frozen, cold, room temp when starting to cook it, or one huge chunk or smaller parts of a big roast...
But if you're home during it, you can always release pressure, use a meat thermometer on meat to see how hot internal temp is, and then continue high pressure cooking it...
