In the last week and a half I've sporatically thrown up 3 different days. Each time I feel super bloated and don't feel like I'm digesting. Like whatever is in my stomach is stuck there. I've tried skipping breakfast some but I get terrible indigestion without anything in my stomach. I've been feeling ok, been working out, appetite is pretty normal other than feeling like it's not digesting. Haven't made any changes to diet or anything. Just getting annoying at this point. Seems like once a year I go through a phase of abnormal indigestion and then it goes back to normal.

Certain things you don't play around with or muscle through and stomach problems are one of them.
See a doctor asap to get things moving.

Might want to look into getting a gastric emptying survey done. I just did one. You basically just eat some food that has a tracer at the hospital. From there, They xray every 20 minutes to see how the food is digesting and where its at
