    but he also has a top tier tow truck but around here its illegal for them to drive around with the lift mechanism down if theyre not within 20feet of the vechicle they are picking up.

    also why was the guy paying for the wash so far from his vechicle?

    almost seems staged

    muh guess is 1) he washed his car and the tow guy was watching across the street 2) when he went to vacuum the car afterwards he was far enough from the car for the tow guy to swoop in.

    that seems like the fun part....watching from nearby and plotting your tow.

    I used to own a bhph lot and did GPS but not starter kill
    When you kill the thing people pay someone to rip it out and at that point you are fd
    I had a friend that had a lot and he did weekly payments
    The device he would install would need a code every week (different one)
    So they would drop off payment (unbanked people) and he would give them the new code
    It would have a small number pad in the car
