Just go find your nearest BJJ/MT gym and get some sessions booked.

I train BJJ/MT for the most part and have done for a fairly long time, also partake in Judo from time to time when I get a chance. My 7 year old has been training BJJ for over 2 years, ranked #5 globally for her age and weightclass last year. We travel the world for this chit. She also trains Judo & MT. Its something I'm very much involved in, and have no reason to bullchit you. I really did take this as a troll post due to how you're throwing, but if its not a joke, then take my advice. In 6 months you'll be fit to smash 80% of the population.
