I got hurt from hiking. Did a slip and fall and fully recover now, but haven't been back to lifting yet. Gained a lot of weights (25lbs) since I got hurt. I am a fat Evo now. ..

Which trail did you hike at? Glad that you recover from your fall. I almost slipped on the pebbles while hiking downhill so I know how you feel. You can definitely lose that 25lbs easily. Just eat less. LOL. Once you get back to lifting and cardio you will be fine. Don't worry too much.
