my gym has 100lb'ers
If I press them its for 12-20 reps
I usually dont work my chest at the gym.
For my home gym I was able to find a set of adjustable that are square shaped with a flat head attachment that doesnt dig into thighs. I believe the company is called iron master
This goes up to 135lb and the most I've been able to press them so far is for 7 reps. If i make progress over the summer and reach 12 reps, I will look to buy the add on weight set and shoot for 150s

125s, but no one else really uses them... and most of the time people use 100+ dbs they pick them up one at a time and roll them...
sucks how the heavier dbs have extra girth on the handles, I feel like my grip is giving out before the actual muscle I'm trying to train. Have to use straps to DB row the 125's even though I end up doing around 10 reps

I've never been a big user of dumbbells. I've had a home gym for the last 3 years and don't have any dumbbells at all.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

My gym goes up to 120 lb dumbells. I stick to barbell bench press, no dumbell press for me
