I had those goals... now I like being lean (at 225, lol).
At my strongman time, when at the gym, loved mogging the kids half my age as I lifted twice what they were struggling at.
After some serious bike injuries over the years, went for lighter weight, more reps. It just is what it is.
Stay strong, but if you want to lean out... eat less, move more.I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
