Tested? Against what? Please list the militaries that have tested the US Navy since Vietnam besides Israel.

Yes, most countries won't attack the United States because they would lose because but to think that the US navy has some sort invulnerability against drones and guided missiles is ridiculous. We've just never fought anybody who could actually sustain an attack with those weapons against us.


As far as aircraft carriers, the modern day purpose is not to fight a peer enemy, it is to project power against weaker satellites. In a peer peer war, all navy's all nations would be sitting ducks.
