Edit: honestly this season is looking like it will actually be even more lopsided than the last one. All the other teams went to the RB19 design (generally) and the biggest change for the RB20 is the headrest inlets, which are not going to be easily stolen..... Maybe not until well after summer break.

Even Newey was visibly LMAOing with max in the garage during the test today.

If they can manage to not fk up pit stops and strategies in general, Ferrari is definitely looking to be best of the rest. I could see them putting Red Bull in some hard spots on certain tracks and/or if Red Bull ever slips up on car setup.
I expect we’ll be seeing more LeClerc pole starts in our future.

I don't know. Just read an analysis of long run pace from all the sessions of testing this year, Ferrari topped the list for fastest average over 14-20 lap runs, but also, Ferrari's large variance in lap times between tire compounds implies that Ferrari was running less fuel than redbull in those runs, and that the straight line speed traps imply redbull may have really turned down the power unit for testing.

Maybe the midfield will be closer this year since they are all driving rb19's now, but I'm not expecting much more than that.

He is talking about diversity and shyt like he isn't the most previliged F1 driver to face the sport. Also F1 is diverse - Perez, Albon, Tsunoda exist on the grid. The garage is diverse enough regarding genders. Also there are numerous Pajeets drivers before and constantly East Asian drivers out there. Hamilton just wants joggers and women in the sport, unfortunately though for him blacks don't care about racing and women suck at racing. Women engineers are there.



I can see him being forced out of Ferrari the moment they go on profit from selling all the merchandise with his name on it. I doubt the Tifosi would be OK with him turning the brand ghey.

Why do you think McLaren will be 3rd? From what I've seen, many people put them in 5 behind Merc and AM.

Also it seems to me like people are sleeping on AM a bit, but I'm also biased and hope for them to be in the mix for best of the rest.

Outside of redbull #1, and Ferrari #2, the rest are tough to call, and honestly if Ferrari's race pace is as dismal as last year, those testing laps might mean nothing IRL - which is why I think people are putting more faith in McLaren on pre-season rankings (due to last year's car at season's end)

Same. Also I read that DRS will be available from lap 2 this year, which means if you can hang with Max for one lap, you're in for a nice tow and maybe even a dive bomb. This could mix things up quite a bit in so many ways.
