Ran 7k today at a easy enough pace 5:20/km. Hamstrings, glute med and calves are feeling sore. I remember when I used to run I used to always feel quads.

I lifted heavy between 18-25 and since then I've lost alot of my mass but I still run on the reg. Typically 3 miles every morning before work (15m a week) at a 7:20 pace. Wakes me up and makes me feel snobby knowing I've already worked out before I arrive at work. I love running outside but since its -10 in Iowa rn I have a treadmill that I mounted a 24" tv on to watch youtube.
