    impatientttt

    hello i joined to share my impatiences with everyone i am really wanting my results to show i currently work out 3-5 days a week and i do the same exercises every workout which are bench press, sit ups with holding weights on my chest, front pull downs and leg extensions aswell as pec flys. i do about an 1 hour of weights and i also do 10- 15 mins of jump rope or running.

    i have noticable results in my pecs and arms and im getting heavier on the scale by about 3 kilos in 3 weeks but i dont have a six pack yet my stomach is actually getting BIGGER.

    i have a good diet high in protein i supp with protein shakes and also consume fat from meat, fullcream milk and pumpkin seeds, do i need to cut out some fat? or do i need to do more cardio? or do i need to workout for more than an hour each day or workout like 6 days a week instead of 4?

    i always like to be that guy to chime in the random tip that may not be super important, but could be more important than people think and be overlooked easily - maybe work on optimizing sleep?

    You're putting in great effort! To target stomach fat, consider adjusting diet and adding cardio. A mix of HIIT, varied exercises, and proper rest can aid progress. Keep pushing!

    Do you drink soda? Cut that out of your diet. Eat right, lift lightly, and do tons of cardio... Stay consistent. Give yourself one cheat day each month.
