hello i joined to share my impatiences with everyone i am really wanting my results to show i currently work out 3-5 days a week and i do the same exercises every workout which are bench press, sit ups with holding weights on my chest, front pull downs and leg extensions aswell as pec flys. i do about an 1 hour of weights and i also do 10- 15 mins of jump rope or running.
i have noticable results in my pecs and arms and im getting heavier on the scale by about 3 kilos in 3 weeks but i dont have a six pack yet my stomach is actually getting BIGGER.
i have a good diet high in protein i supp with protein shakes and also consume fat from meat, fullcream milk and pumpkin seeds, do i need to cut out some fat? or do i need to do more cardio? or do i need to workout for more than an hour each day or workout like 6 days a week instead of 4?
