Literally only reason I hit up fast food is to make up my missing macros for the day. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t get in 2000+ calories in a single meal.
Granted, these days I’d spend probably $25 due to increased prices

san diego prices.. i have the app, no deals.. if you do use the coupon for $1 small fries is dumb because you can use the coupon for a $6.00 big mac meal that comes with medium fries and drink.. one app/coupon per order

Fast food is getting way too expensive. Now personally, I've only used Door Dash maybe 5 or 6 times, total, but the collective cost of those 6 Door Dash orders would have gotten me dozens of fast food meals 10 years ago.

Went to go get McDonald's breakfast recently, the app has no deals in my area. Just one deal on free fries if you spend $10.

Didn't matter anyway, the line was way too crazy. Just went to Jack in the Box instead.

A fast food combo is $12-$14 now. A chipotle bowl with a drink is $12-$14. I had jimmy johns a few weeks ago and it was motherfukking $20 dollars with delivery.

Whereas the Whole foods hot bar and salad bar is still $12/lb, which used to be pricier than everything else. So now you can go get real food without all the crap in it cheaper than you can get fast food with all the crap in it.

i was saying 2-3 years ago that we've reached the tipping point in fast food where it's simply not worth it anymore. Even if you double people's income and they can afford it easily, seeing $10+ for a burger at mcdonald's is something people can't wrap their head around

I used to go to mcdonald's 12 years ago and get 9 mcdoubles off the dollar menu for $10. Now they're like $3.50 ea. You get a burger and fries and somehow the total is $20. People are noping out. I used to eat fast food 2-3x a month. I haven't had it once in 3 years and I'm pretty sure more and more people are picking up on it
