I think the obvious answer is not knowing where the top of this rally will end. Let's say for arguments sake, SPY continues to rally for another 3 months and puts on another 10% to 475. How will you feel then? A lot of people holding cash will start to feel FOMO. Buy, wait? Capitulation works in both directions.

What if the bottom is not a V shaped recovery? What if the bottom is above the price when you sold?

Cash position is viable if you are comfortable with your ability to analyze the market and if you are OK with not catching the bottom.

Even if the the bottom came in in October, there are still a lot of stocks trading cheaply, there is still opportunity to make money if you have cash and the indices continue to rise.

If the bottom has not come in yet then you are really going to wish you had some cash when it does lol.

Bottom has not come in, I'll be fine if I'm wrong but I've made $$$ since the low and I have an alt plan.

The bottom should come in for the year somewhere around the 3rd week of October, bottom will very likely above 3,000 and we should sustain a rally going into 2023.

Not much cost saving left aside from raking their new primary care to the bone because their entire business model is over working their employees in the name of profits instead of creating value in their business model. I definitely see the strategy of remaining neutral as he did. But I don't think there is a chance of winning this debacle no matter what they do now. Either remain neutral and hope for the best or say everything they did was wrong on CBS and by then it's too late, you'd just gain a ton of more press that reverts back to the original issue. And appearing on CBS to save face isn't going to do a damn thing, which is another mistake unless a lot of housewives are drinking Bud Light.

I think AB's mistake was not doing anything about it as soon as there was the initial push back and blame the marketing department and clean house. Perhaps the push came from the top down so they weren't able to do that. Either way, it'll make a great case study for my prior business strategy class for this hot af professor that I dearly miss.

The reality is that brand is simply cheap beer. They mark it down it’ll sell to whatever alcoholic sees it’s the cheapest. Then eventually everyone stops caring and things go back to normal.

I placed an option trade via limit order for $1.15 price on a covered call. It executed but I only got $1.14.

Is this legal? What's the point of a limit order if the broker can scalp a penny here and there from your profit? On a large enough scale of users/trades this is quite a lot of money for them.

Definitely not a premium to most people lmao. Everyone knows its maaaaaybe a step up from pizzwater aka busch, natty, or PBR. It used to be in the same pricepoint as coors or miller... so to get buyers back definitely gonna have to undercut those 2 hard.

Schlitz changed their formula, but I actually found it better than Bud Light. All subjective I guess. Bud Light with a fresh keg is actually pretty good. Never had a good Bud Light at a bar, event etc. Never drink any of them these days of course.

I don’t even know man, don’t currently have new funds to add and I’m not playing the sell and buy back game so I’ve stopped following stuff closely aside from keeping up with macro developments — kinda just letting the stonks do their thing and letting the dividends roll in until another big move happens (either up or down)

I don't know if CIT would decrease the rate later, like I've had other banks and credit unions do to get you to transfer your money. Honestly, I like with capital one has been doing with their app and website and their customer service has been impeccable.

I started at sofi for their rate. Shifted all funds to their investment account. SGOV nets 5.1% right now.
