Heard of Kratom for a while but decided to try it and my goodness it's good.
Like a legal opiate / stimulate all in one.

Who else has tried it? It is addicting though so keep that mind.

1.5g to 2.25g is all I need to get right.

Yeah, I started experimenting with it a few weeks ago. I've stuck to only using some on the weekends. When I take it I usually end up doing a fuk ton of cardio on it.

Obviously use some sense. Don't be like the reddit cucks that are taking it every day, multiple doses a day. I've seen people mention some completely absurd daily amounts too. That's obviously not a great approach.

Just started using the Maenga Da capsules and powder and Red Kali.

Maenga da is the ****, makes me go harder in the workouts. Less pain and fatigue for sure.

I have but to be honest different strains do not seem to really effect me too much different. I found greens I enjoy the most.
Reds don't sedate me any more or less than a green. I am yet to try a white or yellow which I do have on order from a smaller supplier with better stuff.

Def do not abuse it, it is addicting & just because it's a plant and natural does not make it safe.

Oh yeah man I will vouch for the pain Kratom removes all pain from my body, I have alot of sports injuries and chronic knee & leg pains and on kratom it's gone and I can actually sleep without being woken by pain every day at 6am.

That's what they say, idk. I got a couple free 50g sample packs of red, but have only tried it once. I normally take green, or the other one I've been using is "trainwreck" which I guess is a combo (of what exactly I'm not even sure).

The problem was I got used to it, I gained a massive tolerance, then it stopped working

I could take 10 grams and feel good for a couple hours then feel like crap the rest of the day

Exaclty, few times a week at a low dose and it's fine. which is what I currently do.

How much you taking a day and for how long you been on it? Withdrawals and addiction won't be fun man.

Link does not work and I never heard of earth kratom, I am in Canada so I am restricted to certain companies and up here Kratom is not allowed to be marketed or sold for human consumption.
My first supplier was Happy Hippo and despite the price it seems great.

I usually sip my kratom and coffee, it's a good combo. 1.5g - 3g is a decent range.

With kratom less is more. Your doses shouldn't be more than 5gs even if you have a high tolerance. I take it like a preworkout

It's not an opiate, it just stimulates those receptors.

It can be nice but be careful not to take too much, like any other substance. Take breaks and weigh out your doses. I always found it really helped with focus, energy, motivation, and increased empathy. I recall genuinely wanting to work on stuff, even the most mundane task, when it kicked in. I went through an intense period of extremely high stress years back and I discovered kratom. I'd say it really helped, although I started leaning on it way too much at some point and got some nasty symptoms when I stopped.

I tried it. Never got dosing right. Didn’t really feel much. Phenibut was better for me in high doses.

I’ll just grab a delta 8 gummy from a smoke shop now if I really want to relax. Tolerance is super quick with those though.

Hits me like an opiate, I was a painkiller addict so I know a thing or to about that.
I am also one of the lucky few where opiates hit me like a freight train and almost cannot build a tolerance, which is likely why Kratom also hits me so hard.

Just to clarify, an opiate means from poppy, an opioid is just something that targets those receptors and most likely synthetic or partially, kratom is neither
