    Adjust your thinking about this. See physical training as a long term lifestyle. For this to work, it has to be something you enjoy. Change comes slowly but steadily if you use this approach. Initially all the exercises might feel awkward and boring, but give it a few months and you'll learn to enjoy them. Find ways to make your workouts fun and enjoyable. Goals are good to keep you motivated, but not that important in the beginning.
