I’m a beginner to lifting (4 months in) and have recently had schedule changes that will only allow me to lift 4 days a week. My split is currently:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Wednesday: Back/Biceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Shoulders/Arms
Is this training split good or should I opt for a different split? I can’t change how many days I go, though.
