Art was not great, I found the storyline obscure, not Alan Moore's finest. 3.5/5. +0.5 if you like Moore's absolute obsession with getting sexytimes into any comic that he's allowed to, skanky Victorian sex everywhere.
I can't see any way that the movie would be worth watching. You'd either need someone to ignore much of the source material's ideas and do a rip-roaring adventure flick with excellent period detail; or you get someone quirky to do their own weird take on it e.g. Coen Brothers. Reviews do not imply that either happened."A stupid man's report of what a clever man says can never be accurate, because he unconsciously translates what he hears into something he can understand."

V for Vendetta - sooo much better than the movie. I can understand why Alan Moore didn't want anything to do with it.
Devlin Waugh - Swimming in Blood
The City (James Herbert)
The Redeemer (connected to Games Workshop - you'd really need to know the game Necromunda to enjoy the novel. It's a bit of a graphic novel/comic hybrid)
Judgement on Gotham (Judge Dredd/Batman crossover)"Honor is something that all men are born with. It cannot be taken from you nor can it be granted. It must only not be lost."
