Hi there, I am 23 years old with height 5ft 10 inch and 74 kgs.
Chest - 39 inch
biceps - 14.8 inch
waist - 32 inch
I have been working out for about 2 years now, Currently I am not that skinny but not big as per my height.
I want to build more muscle and be a little bit bigger than how I look right now.

I have somewhat of 17-19% body fat i think so I wanted to know if I should bulk right now with 200-500 surplus or get rid of the fat first before bulking.
