I found it in an old ass email from an olympic lifting coach that I had hired like 8 years ago. I was wondering if anyone knew what the protocol for weight selection was because the email didn't include i. Thanks in advance.
Week1: 9x2, 5x6
Week 2: 8x3, 4x7
Week 3: 7x4, 3x8
Week 4: 6x5, 2x9

It looks backwards to me, bro.
In other words, to me it would make more sense to:
Week 1: 6x5, 2x9
Week 2: 7x4, 3x8
Week 3: 8x3, 4x7
Week 4: 9x2, 5x6
Why? Because it ramps up from 5 reps to 2 reps.
As far as weight selection, always refer to Prilepin to be on the safe side. So let's take 6 x 5
Pick a weight that is 55% of your 1RM for that weight.
PS- YALALALALALALALALALALA!!! Prilepin is Allah-approved. Death to America, my friend. This above all..
To thine ownself be true..
And it must follow, as the night the day..
Thou can'st not then be false to any man..
