hey everyone, i got a question. So i read up online where they often debate that you should put on muscle first and then cut down but i got a dilemma lol.
So i'm a 33yr old male with the following measurements:
43" Chest
50" Shoulders(tape was wrapped around the shoulders)
16" Arms(15" left arm as i'm right handed)
45" Below Navel
22" Legs
16" Neck
Now i have been recommended to bulk up for a short while where as others has recommended me to continue on my current cut. currently i follow a 1823cal diet, mostly low carb, protein intake is often 130-140g but sometimes goes up as high as 170g, fat is usually around 90g though trying to lower it.
For equipment all i have is two dumbells equalling 44lbs in total, a barbell and a bench though working on getting around 110lbs of weights at first.
Program wise i tend to do 12 reps by 3 sets, i add in some bodyweight exercises often starting at 10 and keep dropping reps until i end at 1 such as push ups and squats and i alternate doing one day 15min of stationary cycling before breakfast and the next day i do core work.
Any recommendations? I would love to add on atleast 2kg of muscle

Should I Continue To Focus On Fat Loss Or Try Lean Bulking?

OP this is the third thread where you've been told, by separate people, to cut. Are you just looking for someone to tell you to bulk? By all means bulk, but it will be disastrous for your health.
Healthwise, you should probably drop at least 60 pounds before you consider a bulk. Get your waist size below half your height. The first principle is that you must not fool yourself—and you are the easiest person to fool.
