This is mathematically the most accurate way to calculate your true maintenance calories.

What do you think? Love some input.

I did not watch the video, but why do you need a way to calculate your maintenance? There is so many variables that you will never be 100% accurate. I think better way would be just tracking your calories and weight a couple of weeks you'll know approximately what your maintenance and you can then adjust calories accordingly.

If you collect 6-8 weeks of data and then keep updating you will become nearly 100% accurate as long as your good at logging food. Under a month a data can be skewed but the longer you track the more accurate it becomes. and you can determine maintenance even while cutting with a little math.

Why does every video need to be 10 minutes + when it can be 1 or 2 minutes? So damn annoying.

Just compute a daily average of your intake over time and a daily average of your weight over time. TDEE can be estimated directly from that.

    Simple recipe:

    1. Daily weight measurements
    2. Average estimate of weight change*7700 = average calorie deficit/surplus per day
    3. Average intake - Average deficit/surplus per day = TDEE

    Why the ****ing 10 minutes??
I think because not everyone is advanced as us. I think general population would look at what your just wrote and click away and understand nothing.

Thats why... Plus its designed to be the most accurate way for over the top analytical types.

The general population will probably struggle more with tracking their calories correctly than this stuff, and I think it's more likely people will pay attention to something that's very short and sweet and click away from the 10+ minute video

Maybe your right... Im not really trying to make money and breaking it down on that level i guess. Just a hobby. But that way is the dead on most accurate way to do it and its explained in simple terms.

Wasn't aware that it was you in the video. Sorry for the aggressive initial response btw, I realized how it sounded and tried to quickly edit it down to a nicer version but you were too fast for me!
