Snatch Grip Deadlift

Sort of a combo deload/break in work with SGDL. Been a while since I've done this. Due to logistics can't go too heavy so probably volume work. Either way, dropping back squats for a bit for this so leg work will be front squats (heavy work), belt squats (light but more reps) and SGDL (moderate). Also dropping Good Mornings since SGDL should hit hams. Easy weight, will up it by 20 lbs and maybe do 5 sets of 3

Tried something new that I came up with. Put feet on bench and then foam rolled. I did this to get more pressure on thoracic area when I foam rolled but found I can get in some hamstring work. A bit easier than core slider leg curls but still felt it. Plus get some intense foam rolling in...
