I'm trying to get into a better position for squats.
I can't get comfortable with my hands inside the j-hooks. There isn't enough room left on the bar outside of the j-hooks to fit my hands before lifting off.
I remember seeing someone was developing an offset j-hook for this very reason (moving the j-hooks closer to the body), but I cannot find the vendor now.
This was probably 1-2yrs ago???
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
