Today I have began to workout in this lockdown and a excuse I've been using to avoid working out is that the gym is closed and that isn't good enough. I have been motivated and want to self improve myself.
Workout:
100 pushups
100 squats
100 sit ups
This is very basic but I don't want to go too extreme and this would just be going on for 30 days or until lockdown is over.
STATS:
Weight:105kg
Height:5'10 or 5'11
Goals:
90kg
I don't really want to loose too much weight because I play as a prop in rugby and I would keep posted everyday to motivate myself as we all know it is very easy to loose motivation.
