Wondering what my body fat % is. 35yo, 5'10" 152.6lbs as of 8/8/21, was ~170lbs 5/28/21. ~1000 cal deficit/day & 150-180g protein/day. Running modified All-Pros broken into 6 days/week, 3 lifts/day vs 3 days/week, 6/lifts/day, skipping 8 rep week, and ahead of schedule (over 10% weight increase after 12 rep week). Goal is ~150lbs or less, ~13% BF. At my deficit I have a feeling I my lifts will begin failing/progression stalling around that point and may need to begin bulking. Any questions, thoughts, or welcomed and advice appreciated.

I'd also guess around 15-17%. Keep in mind OP doesn't have the mass you do, which makes a big difference in how you look at various levels of body fat.
OP, sounds like you're doing the right thing by lifting and eating at a deficit. Once lean enough, definitely focus on "lean bulking" to add some mass to your frame. It'll take a while, but adding 15lb of muscle will totally change your physique. Think years, not weeks or months. Be patient and put in the work. At 5'10, you want to be more like 165-170lb lean.

Just “returning” to this site, so I don’t want to be argumentative…but despite muscle mass, and while op doesn’t have a large frame, he has a thick layer of fat and a large gut. Even without more accurate tests, one can just plug in “body fat percentage” images, and average the various pics…20%+ for sure.
…but I guess, in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t really matter. You can put any number on it you want and it won’t change the physique in the mirror one iota.
