Good evening. I haven't logged in for 8 years. But this is important. So I'll make an exception today. I want to let you know about a revolution in health and fitness nutrition.
In summary, I've consumed a large cup of soil every morning with breakfast for the last 3 years now. Dug out with my hands. It's the best thing that I have ever done for my health and wellbeing. I suddenly started to gain strength again after soil consumption, despite a 5 year plateau prior.
It sounds crazy, right. To understand our current misperceptions we need to head back 80 years. I think we can all agree that the world is in a truly terrible state. We have been systematically and callously lied to for a long time. In the 1940s, Big Food and Nestle's major problem was that every person had a vitamin rich, mineral dense and calorie abundant source of nutrition on their own property. On their lawns, communal spaces and central parks. It's called soil. Soil is edible.
As a group of profit maximizing conglomerates, Big Food recognized that if people thought their only source of calories was Big Food products, they'd stand to gain trillions. They set out to undermine soil as an alternative food source. They orchestrated a widespread disinformation and propaganda regime. The goal was to convince the population that soil is inedible. Sadly, they largely succeeded.
I was brainwashed for a very long time and almost everyone around me continues to believe propaganda. At least until they take their first bite and see the benefits within their own lives. But fortunately, people are waking up very fast these last few months.
The first thing to understand is that NOT eating soil is strange.
Soil consumption (geo****ia) is widespread in non-human animals. As well as 100+ species of primates, including humans.
Soil has so many nutritional benefits that when you consume it daily, you feel like you are living life on cheat mode (more info here: https://twitter.com/soilbrah/status/...789248000?s=20)
In humans, there is an enormous incidence both historically and in indigenous tribes and cultures. Even in the west, it's frequently reported that children will naturally go and eat soil, before listening to this instinctual drive is discouraged by their parents. The more well known example is pregnant women, who are often driven to eat soil when their bodies intuitively know to provide the right nutrition for their unborn child.
Now what do you think is more likely here?
1. That the entire animal kingdom, indigenous cultures and the natural desire of children and pregnant women for hundreds of thousands of years are all mistaken...
2. That we have been programmed by Big Food, the media and societal conditioning that stating that you can't eat soil.
Take a guess...
Famous propaganda theorist Jacques Ellul said, to paraphrase, "the highest goal of propaganda is to make people believe propaganda thoughts originated in their own minds"
To understand how Big Food pulled this off, I'll briefly outline a diverse set of operations. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
A. Big Food pushes the idea of the perfectly green front lawn through all media. People are pushed to buy and pour on poisonous nitrate fertilizers like miracle-grow to achieve this. Big Food’s agenda is to make the nutrient dense and calorie rich soil on everyone's property inedible so that they are forced into buying Big Food products instead.
B. Big Food pushes the use of language with anti-soil associations. E.g. (1) “Soiling his pants” = excrement (2) “A dirty room” = unclean and grotty. Big Food’s agenda is to emotionally undermine that soil is edible by associating words for it with excrement, grime and the inedible.
C. Big Food puts alcoholic drinks in glass bottles knowing that drunks will smash them on the ground. Broken glass incentivises the widespread wearing of rubber sole shoes to prevent cuts. Big Food’s ulterior motive is to prevent bioelectrical earthing, all the associated benefits (read Earthing by Clint Ober) and deteriorate human health.
D. Big Food undermines the sentience of soil-based life, as well as the integrity of entities that symbiotically nourish the soil. This even extends to the symbolic realm or digital art. Recently, Big Food targeted the Mycorrhizal Fungi Shroom Wojak by hiring copywriter troll farms to post anti-Shroomjack propaganda e.g. framing him as demonic (e.g. https://boards.4channel.org/x/thread/29133787).
E. And more and more and more...
Notice a pattern?
Ultimately, this will only remain as an intellectual curiosity for you unless you prove to yourself that the world is your feast. Abundant vitamins, minerals and calories to fuel bodybuilding are right there under your feet. They always have been. Take a stand and stop funding Big Food.
WAKE UP AND EAT DIRT. Then see how your life transforms.

dirt is loaded with toxic heavy metals and supposedly emits radon in small amounts. good for plants that need soil for nitrogen and other elemental building blocks, but this pseudoscience is like praising the merits of sungazing as a suitable replacement for a holistic diet. stay safe earthworm brah
