Yeah yeah, I kinda see it now! It's just a bigger shrine lol. Looks like Skyward Sword will be the game to enjoy as a real Zelda
x2. OoT was great but there was something special about WW. The music, atmosphere and general feeling of the game was great. I'm glad I got to experience WW as a kid rather than the new age open world games with no authenticity of real point. I just never beat it and was missing a few triforce shards

Such a shame that we don't have WW on the Switch this year, especially with it being the Zelda Anniversary.
RE: BOTW
I grew up playing NES. My favorite Zelda games were 1 and II. I especially love Link's Adventure even though most do not. Having said that, I think that the complaints against BOTW are unfounded. I love having a large world to explore. Are there some 'empty places' in the world? Of course, but that adds to the atmosphere. I think that there's plenty to do throughout the world. That was never a complaint from me. The shrines can be a bit tedious. I would say that they are the weakest point of the game, yet I still think that BOTW is one of the greatest Zelda games.
We can call the divine beasts shrines or dungeons, it does not matter. We could have started out calling the dungeons in the first Zelda games shrines and it would still work today. That's just semantics.

to me they don't feel like traditional Zelda dungeons, they're basically all built on a Water Temple-like gimmick (which is a dungeon that always felt out of place)
also the visual design of the beast (and shrines) is so bland and clinical, has no appeal or spirit
I do agree outside of this it's a beautiful and fun game, but the shrines and beast play too much of a role to look beside it
that's my opinion+++ miscin' at work crew +++

Just picked it up.
There’s a adventure part like tennis.
But there’s also straight golf, there’s a score attack section I’ll use later and a “speed run” one.
I played 18 holes already. It’s Mario golf. It was fun. I’ll play way more.
If you loved Mario golf this is great.
If you like golf games this is great.
Tennis was just overly unapproachable. It was complicated to even play a match just to play one.
This is not like that. If people are comparing it to tennis it’s cause of the adventure part (which probably will be trash) but there’s a core golf game here still.

I’ve only played Hellblade on Switch I don’t think I want to play it elsewhere!
Mario golf has gotten mostly positive reviews, a smaller percent of them are mixed. I don’t think one is negative yet. Either way can’t wait to play it this evening!!!
Mario life is like no otherBLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

finished my first 18-holer with Mario, already made a hole-in-one >dasitmane
also played around 20 minutes of the story mode (meh..)
so can't really say much atm, seems like a solid Mario golf title though lol
aka fun to play with friends and not really for single player+++ miscin' at work crew +++

That was part of my problem with tennis.
The default was crazy everything with the racket breaking meter and timing and the way characters hit was dramatically different IMHO.
The only real single player was playing multi and setting the 2nd player to CPU. could have had like a grand slam cup or SOMETHING.
Golf I just picked up and played. I can learn and fine tune. That’s easily approachable.
Plus there are single player modes. Score attack at the end of the day is all that’s needed for flipping golf. Lol
To me there is zero way you can enjoy tennis and hate the golf one (unless you never liked golf but then why buy).
However, I can see someone hating tennis and liking golf.
