That was reported to be fake by a more legitimate reporter last I saw.
Edit:
Tom Pelissero says 9ers called about Rodgers but didn’t make an offer

Sounds like there’s been a lot of communication by him and the Packers. Reports that Packers were trying to trade him and then backed off. Maybe he got word that the 9ers tried to trade for him yesterday and is trying to pressure GB to get the deal done. With the #3 pick up for grabs for only a few hours, makes sense he puts the pressure on ASAP.
Horny.

If you don't think the Packers knew about this awhile ago.... it's why they've been going to meet with him numerous times. It's why he stated what he did after the NFC Championship game.
Also it makes sense to basically drop a bombshell on the Packers nearly forcing them to give him some actual help (WR in the 1st is my guess), kinda like they did with him last year trading up and wasting a 1st and 4th

This is interesting: https://mobile.twitter.com/wingoz/st...63211861446656
According to Trey Wingo the Packers told Rodgers they were trading him but got cold feet. Rodgers is saying he isn’t coming back to GB regardless of a trade.

LMFAO at Rogers watching Brady win another one.
I'd want out too, his career's just wasting away.
Maybe Brady leaving NE's gonna make QB's less reluctant to jump ship on their teams.
Either that or make teams more committed to winning, something's gonna give. The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

Good he should leave. The Packers refuse to go all in and try to win a Super Bowl. They ignore free agency and draft for 3 years from now. This is great for winning regular season games and making the playoffs but no one gives a chit about that (except the Packers FO). The only thing that matters is Super Bowls. Last year certified that the new FO was the same as the old FO. They're content with making the playoffs just to lose in the first or second round. After making the NFCG in 2019, how do you come to the conclusion that you should trade up in the first round to draft a QB who threw like 30 INT his last year in college? And then in the 2nd round decide to draft a 3rd string RB and only plays one game? And then instead of letting Jones walk and spending that money on a 2nd WR, OL depth, or defense you re-sign Jones instead of moving on to your 2nd round pick? And then in the 3rd round draft a fuking Half Back, a position that doesn't even exist anymore? This was the deepest WR class in recent memory and your biggest need on offense was a second WR. But they think Devin Funchess, a guy who opted out btw, was the answer? Funchess is better than Higgins or Aiyuk? The Green Bay front office is full of fuking morons who keep getting bailed out by Rodgers. Let him leave and play Love so the whole world can see how fuking retarded you guys are. The Green Bay front office is the easiest job in the world. You can fuk up as many times as you want because Favre and Rodgers will bail you out.
This is like Kevin Ollie at UCONN. Everyone thought he was an amazing coach because he won an NCAA Championship his second year. All he did was ride the coattails of Calhoun's recruits to the ship. When it was time to run with Ollie's recruits, all of a sudden UCONN started to become irrelevant. Same thing will happen when Rodgers leaves and the Packers are forced to start Love.Mets Packers Knicks UCONN

The former Broncos players in the local media are saying a deal is close: https://mobile.twitter.com/TommySled...17241992294401
You’d assume they’d have some sources.
