keep trying to post screenshots from my chromebook
i'll figure it out but here are the results
testosterone total 724
testosterone free 112
good numbers considering i haven't been eating good and training properly
after 8 weeks at two caps a day of t booster
testosterone total 1092
testosterone free 202 (flagged as high)
missed a few days dosage here and there, three days where i took only one cap instead of two
46 year old male
that's about a 50 percent increase in total T and a 80 percent increase in free testosterone.
i have to cycle off for four weeks per instructions but will likely cycle off more like i did the last time i tried it.
very pleased with the results.
if i'm able to post the brand without breaking any rules someone let me know, it's not sold on bodybuilding .com
EDIT: my screenshots are on page 2 post 35 for anyone that wants to see the labs
Edit: all labs from when I began posted on page 3

It’s the Bulbine Natalensis. And an decent patented one. You could get the SNS version for $20. The other ingredients will not have that effect or rather offer other benefits. Sensoril might be the one helping the most.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

It’s so hard to predict numbers but here’s something to think about.
Dr Mark Gordon (an expert in this field) wants all males to be minimum 675 total and 95 free for many reasons...way too many for me to touch up in this thread.
Your free will be off the charts, wouldn’t be a bad idea to take something to prevent an excess from aromatizing into estrogen at that point. I’m doing DIM and eating broccoli sprouts every day along with taking curcumin.
Seriously I think you should try a cycle and see where your numbers are after 8 weeks. I frequently email Mike with questions guy has been nothing but helpful.Kid Covid

Ever notice any difference with your free test numbers? Either in progress or how you feel.
Mike explained to me that it’s the free you have access to, he had also recommended a male hormone panel (which I did).
3,000!?!?! Christ!!!!
You’re a lifetime natural guy like mike o’Hearn I’m guessing lolKid Covid

Free test is an extremely inaccurate test. Disregard it completely. Just look at TT and maybe E2. Although, I know a lot of guys who ignore E2 as well. At TT of 1,000 ng/dl an E2 of 30-50 pg/ml is fine.
What will make you feel better is to get TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 dialed in.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #53 ▪█─────█▪

According to dr mark gordon estradiol is optimal in the 20-30 pg/ml range. Higher than 30 for health and longevity reasons it needs to be brought down.
Free testosterone is what you have access to, you want to definitely be over 95 pg/ml
To say his list of accolades in the longevity and preventive medicine field are remarkable would be an understatement.

SNS Bulbine Natalensis for me works great and I personally only need 1 cap and when I do use it
I run it for 6 weeks then take off 4 weeks then you can start again if you want. For me I feel the
libido kick after about 2 weeks and I get a slight hardening effect on body composition. One thing
about Bulbine MORE is NOT better so it's better to be more on the lighter side when dosing and
for my body weight 1 cap works well.

the brand i'm using has 215 per cap, recommended dose based on my bodyweight is 2 caps a day so 415mg. the sns at one cap is slightly underdosed for me but i suppose i can take two caps.
it also contains other supporting herbs (stinging nettle, ashwagandha and mucuna). they work synergistically to not only help assist in increasing your testosterone naturally but also help prevent a rise in estrogen. my estradiol was at 26 which also falls into the optimal range. seriously it's a well thought out product.
my next blood test i'll also do a cwp that will check my liver to make sure there are no issues there (there wasn't on a test from late last year). i'm ocd when it comes to this. taking creatine for too long had my BUN number out of whack a few years ago which could lead to long term kidney issues, hence why the fine print recommends cycling creatine but the meat heads on the forums tell you it's not necessary.

Totally agree about the creatine and if I use it I dose no more than 3-5 gm a day and use it for 90 days
and then take off 4 weeks before using again and IF your planning a physical with your Dr. I definitely
recommend getting off creatine at least 3-4 weeks before. I personally don't get much from creatine
so I don't go out of my way to buy it and once in while I might get it for free with supplements I buy
so I use it but again I don't notice much effects from it so for me it's not a must use supplement.

Thanks for sharing OP. I actually ordered some of this earlier in the week after reading this thread and plan to go through a bottle soon to see how it is. Looks like a good product.

Do you remember way back when creatine was first marketed by Bill Phillips in the mid-late 90s he had a product come out called phos****en hp, was about a year or so after the original phos****en formula. It was pretty much dextrose, creatine and electrolytes. I swear my pumps were so strong they hurt. All of us at the gym including the 56 year old gym owner at the time. Wonder why that creatine worked so well now I get barely anything out of it. There were rumors that there may have been some pixie dust added to it if you know what I mean.

Was planning to get a test soon anyway to check my levels since I recently started adding dhea and pregnenolone. I’ll have to start monitoring stuff more closely. I was going to go with everlywell because they offer a test to check free t, dhea-s, estradiol, and cortisol. As long as those are all in optimal range I’ll feel comfortable continuing what I’m doing. If you recommend a different company I’ll look into it. And you have just convinced me to go ahead and test before I start with the booster you recommended. Then I’ll test again when I’m close to the end of my bottle. Maybe we can even turn this into a catch all thread for anyone who is willing to try a booster or other product and report in here with before and after results.
