French toast....... low carb bread, mix of whole eggs and egg whites....... a really good protein powder with a tad of water to use as my syrup.... if im feeling fancy ill put a banana and some walnuts on top....... and many a tbsp of honey.Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

Usually whatever sounds good that day, BUT lately it's been gumbo/jambalaya and any form of pie......pecan pie being at the top of the list.

As far as dinner is concerned, I eat a lot of chicken. When on a bulk I will add some whole wheat pasta in a white sauce (coconut oil) with sauteed onions, garlic and green peppers (add sea salt to taste). On a cut, I substitute the pasta for organic sauerkraut (and I have been known to occasionally add peas to the kraut). I love corn, but I won't eat any of that GMO garbage they sell to the public.
Expect nothing. Live frugally on surprise.

I usually go with chicken or fish, sweet potato and mixed veggies 2x per day for cutting, eggs and/or oatmeal in the morning, protein shake mid afternoon and then whatever my wife makes for dinner. Bulking I just add another meal, similar to the above, and put extra things like peanut butter and banana sandwich or cottage cheese in there as well. Dessert I'm always in for ice cream any flavor! Sometimes I'll do a weight gainer but not often at all....now I'm hungry again 😁
