Is anyone dumb enough to think fast food is not complete garbage tier food? Everyone knows it's not healthy. They eat it because it tastes good.
I think putting a tax on certain foods and charging more for insurance might help. Also giving discounts on health insurance to those in a healthy weight range.~ In a world where you can be anything, be kind ~

Nothing.
Look at the way that the Whole Foods CEO was handled for suggesting that people eat better and take care of themselves so they have less health problems.
Absolutely manhandled and put on blast for speaking pure facts. People on average dont want to be healthyThanks for your input, you frauding fat slampig-Sirfapsalot '20

Unfortunate note on Canada with publicly funded healthcare....
https://nationalpost.com/health/it-c...ventative-care
Canada spends roughly 11 per cent of its total health expenditure on treating medical conditions that arise as complications of obesity, according to a recent report from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

Two points haven't been mentioned yet.

think it's a more cultural or social issue. it's the stress and toxicity of white societies. stress-eating. you have all that good stuff in asia, fast food, junk food, so many types of delicious food, all sorts of sugar drinks, and all sorts of sugary foods, but they don't get fat, they eat a lot but they don't overeat. every time i'm over there i actually get shredded without trying, even though i'm eating everywhere and trying this and that, and I don't exercise/workout on vacation. it's the environment it's so much easier to be in.
i studied my white female coworkers, they get pissed at work, then they eat a **** ton of food during breaks to relieve that stress lol. chinese fast food and muffins and chocolateThere is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

-Dont cover pre-existing conditions
-Fat tax/increased cost for overweight people's health insurance
-Public humiliation/stop the acceptance
-Cut government subsidies to fast food joints
-Provide incentives for people to be healthier
-Ban HFCS
-Stricter food manufacturing policies/regulations (you cant just make a box of fukking sugar covered fried dough)
-More in-depth screening/questioning when applying for insurance. not just "do you smoke?" "Do you drink"....How about "what does a day of eating look like for you?"Last edited by bsmit107; 01-15-2021 at 12:17 PM.

I think if we’re going to have mandatory covid vaccination cards to enter locations we should have mandatory body fat testing cards for the same thing
If you’re above 20% bf you’re not allowed to go grocery shopping lol
Obviously you can’t do that but it would be funny.
Maybe you could at least set certain restrictions. No fast food or dining out. Doesn’t necessarily solve the problem cause you can still overeat at hone but at least there are restrictions to encourage change."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I'm fine w/discounts for good health habits and taxing some foods. Also w/killing the healthy at any size/fat is beautiful movement.
Back to food: seems like maybe we need some solid guidelines on what qualifies as nutrition vs. entertainment.
Not saying to ban anything (maybe tax it), but apples and Oreos aren't equivalent items and most states don't tax grocery items or tax them at a lower rate than other purchases.
I've seen apples priced anywhere from $1 to $3 a pound vs. a family sized Oreos for $3 or $4. So (depending on size) you might get 2 to 4 fresh apple for .50 to $1.50 each for large apples vs. 16 servings (3 cookies) of Oreos .19 to .25 per serving.
And the packaged foods get put on promotion more often, things like "buy 6 items get $5 off".
Not unlikely at all that as a shopper you are faced with choosing 2 apples for $3 or a family sized Oreos for the same price. And the Oreos will keep longer and are less likely to be half-eaten or tossed in the trash.INTP Crew

I don’t know about cuckanada
But you do know black women have the highest rates of obesity by demographic by far in the US
Hispanic women next most obese.
White women rank third and Asians beneath in terms of females
Obesity is a problem across all of them (except maybe Asians) but white women aren’t necessarily the worst offenders according to the numbers.
Minorities are more likely to be poor, and poor people are more likely to eat garbage food and be obese, plus undereducated with no concept of nutrition."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Funny thing is, I was reading an article in a pretty prominent medical journal that said that obese people are more likely to catch covid. So basically by just being a fat piece of chit, you are contributing to the spread of covid. On top of that, you are more likely to display symptoms, be hospitalized and be put into the ICU. Obese people are literally contributing to killing grandmas.
You can't magically stop being old, and certain conditions can't be helped due to your genetics. But obesity for the most part is a choice that is detrimental to society. Resources that can be used for those who suffer through no fault of their own are being used on worthless sacks of chit who lack the self control and discipline. Their selfishness in indulging in their own healthy habits are affecting other people.

I like the obesity!
More pussay for me because most other men are ugly and fat, more dead bodies of immune compromised fat morons = better air, less traffic etc.
I feel that obesity should be encouraged! Let every virus rip thru also, no masks, no lockdowns, we need to strengthen the gene pool. Let nature take out the weak and undeserving of the gift of life.

Wat? It’s usually cheaper to feed a family real food then it would be to get fast food. Unless you’re buying organic or expensive cuts of meats. How about increase health and fitness education. Give peasants more money and they will blow it on cigs, booze and lottos. Lmao you really think they would spend it on high quality food. They feed fast food because they are fat lazy kunts themselves and don’t care

There is a problem with the yo-yo dieting with obesity.
They may lose the weight temporarily, but they can't keep it off.
That's why I've noticed that many nutritionists are advocating that unless there are problems with diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol, then it's all about body positivity vs. shaming people for gaining the weight they lost.
I really don't know the answer to the problem of yo-yo dieting as I suffer from it myself. Once I reach my goal weight then I start to binge eat healthy food from Whole Foods and get obsessed with food 24/7.
