So for 2020 my goal was to hit a or of 495 in my DL.... the. Rona hit.... was able to almost lock out on 455 on NYE.... so my new goal is to surpass 495 and hit 515-525..... but it’ll be more challenging since I’m “detoxing” from stims....so yesterday marked say 1 of my workout without a stim and I must say.... 365x6x5 was too much for me that day.... so I’ll have to adjust my diet and sleep.
Also I’m trying some 6,12,25 thing a gym buddy recommended to help get my heart going.... only heavy lift I do that leaves me gassed is deadlifts... everything else I hardly break a sweat.. and I need to lose this Rona gut... so I’m short my goals are
Short term- pre “detox”
Long term
-DL 515+
-Lose Rona gut while maintaining strength and mass
2021 will be back to normal... I hope
And of course land another job lol.... but we’re just talking workout goals right?Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

Finish my text book for mandarin and start the second series of the text book and finish it before the year is up
Do 50 class room mandarin courses via italki
COVID permitting travel outside of US this year hopefully back to China if not then probably Central America50% of my posts are 100% factual

Goal for 2021 is to venture to more gyms in and out of the country.
I'd want to complete workout programs (offered here on bb.com) that lasts 8-12 weeks, but during my transition stage, I'd be open-minded to train with various athletes
But for concrete goals:
-Incorporate more veggies (and less meat) into my diet. Getting a bit older than when I first joined the forums, so being healthy is the utmost priority.
-Get my deadlift and Squats to 500-600 (hit or a miss with my deadlifts lately)
-Condition with cycling (just bought a bicycle and ATL has this 30mile of pavement called Belt Line to enjoy the view)
Awesome commit to the forum OP and thanks for doing this

Goals this year, main one is to quit drinking so much beer. Yeah, weekends lately have really gotten me. Doing a cleanse and a dry January right now. Going to carry the dry as far as I can. Told my wife I'll only have a glass of wine with a steak dinner, because steak just ain't the same without it and that's only a couple times a month.
Changed up my program to liven things up. Started a new job so I've been out of here for a bit. Adding fruit and fresh juiced carrots /celery daily. I'm still holding at 190 and low bf% but would like to put a few more lean pounds on (wouldn't we all!).
Other goals are to get my son outdoors as much as I can since he's old enough to shoot and hike farther and just be better overall. Hope you all had a great holiday break and are as motivated as me. You're in here so I'm guessing that's a yes 👍👍My Reviews:

Goals I have two.
Be more patient with the family and understanding. This is the one that takes precedence over all. Happy wife happy life
Second one is to finish this 3 month challenge for RP and do the best I can. I want to hit 178# and still have a good definition. Year end goal is be 185 and thick so I can cut for summer 2022 and be shredded. My “training log”
