Have either of you two looked into the mail in ballot issue in Wisconsin? Wisconsin doesn't allow them and instead institute Indefinitely confined. Usually there are only maybe a 1000 of course this year there was 100000+. Steve Bannon had Matt Branyard on and they were talking about it.

Indefinitely confined is a designation that is left up to voters to decide if it applies to them and they don't have to provide a copy of a photo ID to get a ballot.
"State Representative Joe Sanfelippo says clerks in Milwaukee and Dane Counties colluded to add 250k people to the list of indefinitely confined voters," said Eric Litke with PolitiFact Wisconsin.
In March, the clerks in Milwaukee and Dane counties suggested voters could use the Governor's Safer at Home order to declare indefinitely confined.
Republicans asked - and the state Supreme Court agreed to block that advice from the clerks. However, voters could still ask for an absentee ballot if indefinitely confined.

IIRC, people in psychiatric institutions get to send in a mail in vote, as they cannot leave to vote in person. The number varies per year in the 5-10k range. This year, instead of 5-10k, it was 100-200k.
Never mind the huge increase; there aren't actually enough facilities to house that many people.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

I read it somewhere a couple of weeks ago. People on indefinite holds cannot voluntarily leave, so they get to vote by mail. That mechanism should result in similar numbers year to year, as covid, extra mail in voting etc would have no influence on those numbers. The numbers I saw showed the last 10-12 GEs and midterms, with the votes being 5-10k, whereas this year they were over 100k.
For that demographic, no variables have significantly changed and the change cannot be accounted for. We would be talking about a 300-400% turnout, or something of that magnitude. I don't remember the precise numbers.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

It's looking like Pennsylvania's election will be found unconstitutional per the PA state constitution. Biden is not going to get those 20 EVs. Once this happens, other states will follow in withholding their EVs.
My prediction: nobody will win 270 and there will be a contingent election.Catholic Crew

I know.
They came from the boxes and boxes and boxes of blank ballots the democRATs kept on hand and/or had delivered in the early morning hours when those precincts in Pittsburgh, Philly, and Erie "stopped counting" for a few hours to get some sleep.
But of course, we all knew that, didn't we?
BTW, are we gonna discuss that Biden vote drop of 570K votes for Biden vs. 3K votes for Trump?
The one that was disclosed at the PA public hearing and that got LOLs from the audience. Did Biden really think he was going to get away with that?

I don't think you can believe that. It reads like fan fiction.
Beware that people on the left are sprinkling easily debunked BS into the discussions with the hope people will get suckered in by it, and later revealed to have fallen for such preposterous stories. It demoralizes the ones fooled and makes everything being discussed easier to dismiss as outlandish conspiracy theories by association. That was my gut reaction immediately when I saw that silliness about watermarked mail-in ballots a couple of weeks ago. It read very much like deliberate FUD designed to confuse, demoralize, and demean anyone concerned about election fraud.
This case is a very straight forward one. Every old and new voter fraud method the democRATs have been PROVEN to have used in previous elections (local, state, and national) were used in conjunction this time on the presidential race. Those alone are more than enough to account for how Biden went from being far behind on election night to "winning" by the time Trump's lead had been overcome in a handful of select precincts where the vote count was 100% under the control and protection of local democRAT political machines.
The other stuff about Dominion is separate. It too, by itself, is enough to account for Biden's miracle "comebacks" in all of the battleground states, but it's a separate case. I don't think there is any chance they'll be able to prepare the necessary evidence in time to stop the wrongful choosing of electors for Biden. I think it'll proceed separately no matter what happens on December 14th. That's why Sydney Powell is working that independent of Trump's/Rudy's efforts. The burden is on Rudy to get this done in court and in the various legislatures in the 2 weeks we have left to stop the steal. I'm worried that there isn't enough time and that the GOP is too full of spineless jellyfish."Buy a man eat fish, the day, teach man, to lifetime." - Joe Biden

This has been proven false at least 3 times in this thread. The 1.8 million number was from the primaries.

On the Kelly complaint, the PA Supreme Court will overturn Patricia McCullough. Then it gets appealed to the 3rd Circuit, which said this about Mail in ballots yesterday:
Spoiler!
I would have highlighted the important parts, but it is all relevant.
The third circuit was a unanimous opinion. They should rule no differently in the Kelly complaint. If then appealed to SCOTUS, I don't foresee them taking this case.
In my opinion, challenging the constitutionality of mail in ballots is untimely and should have been challenged prior to the election. I do not see them disenfranchising the 2.5 million or so PA voters who voted by mail in good faith.
I foresee PA having little to no issue with their already certified results before December 8th and the EC voting December 14.
That is my opinion.Last edited by metroins; 11-28-2020 at 04:58 AM.
