Looking for a good electric shaver. Not even sure what my budget should be for it as I just used razor so far.
Poked around a bit and was looking at those, seems to have decent reviews

Recently bought an all in one One Blade Pro trimmer/shaver (face + body) on a discount, pretty happy with it so far.

There are cheaper versions as well, although with less functionality.

Panasonic Linear Arc 5 razor. They last forever, shave close, easy to maintain, use wet or dry. Find them under $100 on amazon. Been using Panasonics for well over 20 years now.
Have had this one for over 2.5 years, just swapped the foil/blades and it's a new machine

No issues here, have used it for dry shaves in the more sensitive areas as well and absolutely no cuts/rash etc., totally smooth sailing.
Had to charge it twice in 5 weeks, first time before the first use - for around 45 minutes or so - and this weekend when the battery charge fell to 5%. Use it almost daily to maintain a stubble and to trim body hair etc. After finishing you just pop off the blade/guard, wash it and youre done.
Only "issue" is that it doesnt "collect" the shavings.

This, blades last forever and the batter for me seems to last like months of use. It will pretty much give you a relatively clean shave and it's easily replaceable and what not.
I have sensitive skin and it seems to not irritate mine. You can shave wet or dry but imo it works better dry. Only drawback is it might not get as close as you'd want, but for me it comes out as a clean shave every time. The blades have an indicator when it is time to replace them. I have one blade for my face, and one blade for everywhere else.*Mechanical Engineering Crew*
