What running shoes do you guys use?

you need to go to a running store and have them look at your gait and get shoes designed for your gait. Other people's recommendations, other than quality, are not going to help.

This. I used to get bad shin splints and then I went and got fitted and ended up with Brooks. Think I've had both Brooks Ghost and Brooks Glycerin. I also get my sneakers in a size bigger than my foot. I wear a 6 and my sneakers are always a 7.

i have tried almost all brands and i return to Nike because of my foot shape, arch, and requirement for mega cushioning due to muscle mass.

Mizuno crew. I got fitted in a store years ago. And now I just buy new ones online basically fitting their specs. Do the same with ice skates too.
