Nice new flavor for carbonated! My favorite flavor with C4U hands down.... and Ive tried almost all flavors!
got a can of dark cherry in my fridge right now and will drink it tomorrow since Ill be using C4U in a few hours for my lift sess.
Oh as for what I love......... i seem to do better in the cold..... probably cause I wear hoodies every day to the gym so in the winter itll make sense....... weird thing is I am backward and tend to lean out during the winter...... i like looking good in long sleeves..... Im weirdLast edited by Iluvmud; 10-05-2020 at 02:15 PM.

I live in Phoenix AZ so the winter is the best time of the year ! 60-70 degrees outside and it’s perfect.
During Covid I was training at home in the garage and that SUCKED during the summer when it’s like 110+ outside. So if we do have another surge and gyms shut down again, I’ll be much better off working out in the garage than I was.
As far as helping me reach my goals, it’s holiday season which means extra FOOD!The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

In for support!
I just love cold weather. You can always get warmer, but when it's hot and humid, like here in Oklahoma, it just plain sucks! Plus, I love wearing hoodies. My Reviews:

I havent tried the carbonated, but the C4U is amazing.... It's not that crazy sour you'd expect when you 1st eat a sour patch child(which Im glad it's not). Its the sweet, tart flavor after all the salty acidic coating is gone. If the carbonated hit that... it should be delish!

It's obvious what I hate about winter living in the midwest (Iowa).. It get cold as hell here. Some days; blowing snow with winds gusting strong and wind chills of -30 degrees. But there is a few nice things about winter.. it usually means Christmas is coming and I can spoil my kids, or we can sit in the nice warm house with our little electric fireplace going and watching movies together and hide from the snow. It doesn't really affect my fitness goals and training. Most my work just goes by going to the local gym. It does suck when we get an Iowan blizzard and I can't make it though. I have to stick with my 25 lb dumbbells at home and make something work. Great giveaway man!
Progress, not perfection. One day at a time.

Not a app just supporting a brah
Love cold weather (little less the older I get). I get hot and sweat a lot, so winter time is when my body is at it's optimal scent and performance. I don't ever wear much more than a hoody unless we start getting under about -5/-10° then I will put on a thicker hoody
Saw the C4 Energy in the store the other day. Was always hoping Cellucor would do this. With how good the other C4 and C4U carbonated drinks are, it is a good idea to make an energy drink with a label more geared to the mass public. Will be trying.

I enjoy the fall, especially going to northern Michigan to golf. Colder weather actually makes me more inclined to workout because golf is over with and there’s not much to do outside. Michigan winter is a hit or miss, love the scenery and hate dealing with the traffic in metro Detroit area for work

Biggest difference for me is transitioning from the garage gym back into the commercial gym for the winter months. Hoping next spring/summer I can get the garage insulated/drywalled and get a heat source in there so I can just lift there 24/7.
Good luck all, and happy Friday.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++
