The first guy probably just got up and dressed to make that picture with bad angles and low light...he is also pale.

The second guy is a professional, he got the right angles and the right light while taking the pic right after training and being tanned...the second guy is mike thurston and he is not as big as that picture seems to show.
If you watch his training videos you will notice that from certain angles he doesnt look as big, he is still in amazing shape but doesnt look like a space marine like that picture.

Regarding genetics basically 90% of us cant get to that point naturally, first of all it takes the right frame in terms of bones even before the muscle size plus being huge and cut at the same time its not a natural condition for men generally.

I know few people that match it and both of them were already big framed even before lifting weights, Im talking about broad shoulders, huge hands and even the facial structures (big jaws, anteface and so on).

I think for people with not great genetics like me this is very true, my natty physique is basically maxxed in my avi, maybe my arms and shoulders could gain a tiny bit more but nothing that’s really gonna change now. Luckily I’m a good candidate for OJ because I don’t have good genetics for muslce building but do have good genetics for frame and insertions so I’m an ideal candidate for using

He doesn’t know the discipline of slow bulking. You can’t get away with dirty bulking like you can your first 1-2 years of lifting and see a difference. That’s why he only looks big at 30% body fat and in good lighting with a pump. Just look at his borderline double chin.

After you lift 2 years you have cut and get lean and slow bulk for a year just to gain 5 lbs of solid mass. I think most people , let’s use average height like 5’10 for example , can be reasonably aesthetic and hit 10-12% at 175-180 natty. People just don’t have the patience to slow bulk after newb gains.

I mean you can’t be 180-190 sub 10%, that’s delusional for 5’10.
