    Regarding genetics basically 90% of us cant get to that point naturally, first of all it takes the right frame in terms of bones even before the muscle size plus being huge and cut at the same time its not a natural condition for men generally.

    I know few people that match it and both of them were already big framed even before lifting weights, Im talking about broad shoulders, huge hands and even the facial structures (big jaws, anteface and so on).

    Being jacked and strong is the best of both worlds, natty or not. Powerlifting can make you big as fuk even naturally let alone being stronger than 90% of the human population. Train the big 3 and do lots of accessory work then you're good to go.

    I think for people with not great genetics like me this is very true, my natty physique is basically maxxed in my avi, maybe my arms and shoulders could gain a tiny bit more but nothing that’s really gonna change now. Luckily I’m a good candidate for OJ because I don’t have good genetics for muslce building but do have good genetics for frame and insertions so I’m an ideal candidate for using
