Went from 265 to 285. A lot of it was due to how I was eating. I was meal prepping for almost 4 months straight when it started, and then it was impossible to go out and buy food. I ate dinner every night with my family which I missed a lot. I would eat leftover dinners for lunch, then a big dinner, followed by dessert almost every night lol. Pretty much inline with what I expected. Pretty much gained a pound a week because I wasn't eating on a deficit, and then I was not working out because no equipment and did basic resistance bands to stay loose. If you gained more than 20 pounds during quarantine then I'd say that's a little nuts imo. Looking back wish I just held up eating too much dinner and dessert, and that I ran more often.
Got back on the cut and workout routine and I'm down 10 pounds already like it was nothing. Just a decently sized blip in the timeline. If anything it showed me how easy it was to fall off and I'm more focused than I was before the quarantine even though I was fine. I used to be like "yeah I'll eat some crackers or a glass of iced tea because I earned it" but now I'm dead balls focused.*Mechanical Engineering Crew*

I went from best shape of my life at start of quarantine, to probably 30 pounds of added fat(and loss of probably 10-15 pounds muscle mass so overall weight gain wasn't as bad). I haven't weighed myself in a month or so, but I'd guess 80-90% of the muscle mass is back on, and I still have about 10 pounds of the fat to lose before I am really happy with my physique. I'll be there in another 30-45 days, and am pretty much an expert at weight loss now, so it's not a challenge for me.
Looking good though, and not unhappy with my look anymore. Getting hit on by girls any such again, so I know I'll be back to slayer mode soon.
