Always straight to the point, zero bull**** and always offering a good solution
You learn more practical stuff from one of his 8 minute videos than you would on a Tony Robbins seminar

Y'know I honestly used to think he was genuinely woke and gave good life advice. Now I see that he's only interested in making money and I can't take him seriously anymore.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

he actually helped me stand up for myself in my late teens. one of his videos was talking about defiance, the ability to say no. really helped me out as a person. was a total pushover before that
hes honestly better than that book that everyone likes, book of men by jack donavanThere is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

Honestly, in regards the the entire "breathing into the balls" preaching, there might be some truths to it. Being a grounded, methodical and a critical thinker of a person is more preferable than being someone who is all over the place and only goes with the flow without having any control. We've all heard of following the heart and having a gut feeling. There probably is something deeper inside us. I haven't really dedicated myself enough to really know, but the whole aspect is interesting. If you wanna go to a more scientific level, the stomach has the 2nd most nerve endings in the body behind the brain. We've all experienced eating something before upsetting, or feeling anxious in a deep level to a point where the stomach affects the brain and our mood. When you are sad, why does the heart hurt?
Who knows?Signature
