    Workout Routine Advice

I've been doing about 3 types of workouts:

Day 1: Pushup routine (different styles) + Dips (Chest and triceps)

Day 3: Pullups + Curls (Back + Biceps)

    Day 5: Various leg exercises

Trying to consider how to incorporate shoulders into this. I basically have access to a pullup bar and dumbbells. Also open to switching it up, although pushups and pullups are staples for me.

You didn't provide details of your routine, but depending on how much you want to focus on shoulders you can add some sets of the db exercises below to your current workout or other exercises based on your preference:

Day 1: OHP, front raises, lateral raises

Day 2: Rear delt flyes, bent over db face pulls

Why wait a week between training bodyparts? It's not necessary, especially with bodyweight type exercises which have less of an acute disruptive effect on muscles.

I would do whole body 3x a week...

You can also do Arnold presses for your shoulders. They were named after this guy named Arnold from Austria. Maybe you've heard of him? He went into acting and politics.

+1 for Arnold presses, I prefer them over barbell presses.

Amen on Arnold presses! They actually have some decent trap activation as well, great bang for buck exercise.

True, but this particular exercise hits all three trapezius areas whereas most others tend to involve 1 or 2.
