I definitely agree that SSB bar is the best option for squatting if you have limited shoulder mobility.
In terms of benching I think the multi-grip bar is easier on my sore shoulder, but maybe a little harder on my elbow. That said my elbow doesn't bother me much when I bench anyway. It starts to bother me if I do a lot cable exercises or chin-ups.

Very nice!! American Barbell may have premium price tags but their quality sure does stand up to it.
Someday I might pull the trigger on their Stainless Elite PB, that bar is pretty sexy but I just can't justify it right now. After selling off most of my bars (Rogue OPB, Rep stainless PB, 3 generic bars), I've realized I don't really miss any of them. Only non-specialty bar I have left is an old York bar which I use for pulling, everything else is specialty bars that are used for multiple lifts.

Just their prices in general, this particular bar at the sale price of $230 shipped is very fairly priced.
And I agree on the box-frame multi-grip bars, they just didn't appeal to me because of the bulkiness. The AB bar is great for vertical pressing because of the design and being able to use it for skullcrushers sealed the deal for me.
